Womb yoga workshop – Exploring your Inner Winter

This is an invitation for all women to step into their wild feminine power through embracing the wisdom of their blood. You will explore your relationship to your Menstruation, your Inner Winter and why it is important for a woman to withdraw from everyday life, to take rest, to recharge and to connect to her inner world. You will connect to a Wise Woman inside of you and tap into your blood wisdom. In ancient traditions the menstrual blood was considered sacred for its life-giving qualities. It is time to reclaim the sacredness of our menstruation and shed any taboos and shame related to our blood.
In this workshop you will discover benefits and challenges of your bleeding phase and how you can consciously work with them in order to tap into your womb wisdom and power. You will be taken on a journey through 5 chambers of the Inner Temple of Menstruation and learn about the power of your bleeding time. You will understand that as each woman learns to feel and respond to her changing mood and energy throughout the cycle, she’ll experience a deeper connection to her unique self and her wild power.
Practices include:
* Exploring your relationship to your bleeding in a sharing circle
* Learning about the benefits and challenges of this phase and the importance of rest and surrender
* Womb yoga practices to embody Your Inner Winter
* Guided yoga nidra to experience 5 chambers of the Inner Temple of your menstruation
