Welcome Home. My name is Martina and I work as a yoga teacher and Thai yoga massage therapist. I offer indoor and outdoor yoga classes and Thai yoga massage treatments in Lisbon. I also facilitate women’s circles and offer courses for women related to menstrual cycles and menstrual health.

My vision is to offer space and practices that make everyone feel at home, space where you can simply drop off all the layers, relax and feel in touch with your true nature.

Live online yoga classes

As we are all staying at home I will be offering live yoga classes every Weds and Fri at 18.30 -19.30 via Zoom. This gentle yoga class will be focused on bringing a sense of ease and relaxation into your body and your nervous system. Move gently, breathe deeply and relax profoundly.

After a short yoga sequence we dive into the yoga nidra practice – deep guided relaxation. You will simply lie down and be guided to let your body and mind drop into a state of profound rest where healing and regeneration happen. This practice is a sweet welcome home to yourself encouraging you to rest, relax and reconnect with the truth of your heart.
