Starting on 1st Sept until 21st Sept 2022<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This 21-day journey is an invitation for women to reclaim your unique experience of pleasure and redefine your relationship to your female body, sensuality and sexuality with practical tools from tantra, taoism and conscious sexuality.  Meet yourself with presence and loving awareness and relax into your own expression of your sexual energy. It is a healing journey to expand your ability to allow orgasmic energy to flow freely as you liberate old stories and beliefs that stand in your way to experience your full pleasure potential and aliveness. Each week has a specific theme for our exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Week 1 \u2013 RELAX<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Meet yourself where you are and relax into who you are. This week will be about looking at how you relate to your feminine body, your pleasure, your sexuality. We will bring more presence to our bodies and meet ourselves in a loving and respectful way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

~ Yoni breathing
~ Sensual massage
~ Awakening your breasts
~ Sensations as your guides to deeper pleasure
~ Pleasure as Nourishment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Week 2 \u2013 RELEASE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

What is between you and your pleasure and your full orgasmic potential? This week will be about looking at some of your beliefs and patterns that trap your life force and sexual energy and limit your pleasure. We will be mapping our pelvic floor and releasing any physical, emotional, and mental patterns that we are holding in our beautiful yonis \u2013 our sacred temples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key practices:
~ Sighing practice \u2013 use your voice to release tensions
~ Conscious gentle entry \u2013 asking for permission to enter your yoni
~ Creating a pelvic map \u2013 we will map our yoni to find any spots that might be numb, tense, painful or pleasurable
~ De-armouring ritual \u2013 a guided practice to let go of any tensions you are holding in your yoni (these are very often emotions or mental patterns that are manifested as tension, pain, numbness)
~ Pleasure as Medicine<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Week 3 \u2013 EXPAND<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Reclaim and rediscover your pleasure and expand your orgasmic potential. This week you will start to expand your orgasmic potential by activating your energy body through breath, sound, and movement. You start to activate and move your sexual energy through your energy centres with the power of your breath, spinal and pelvic movement and learn to cultivate even more presence with your sensations to enliven your body and surrender to what is alive in each moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key practices:
~ Circuit of pleasure \u2013 a breathing practice to move the sexual energy from your root up through all energy centers to the top of your head
~ Pleasure Meditation \u2013 goalless pleasure
~ Pleasure as Prayer
~ Pleasure as Magic of Creation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
