These 30 minute-practices are dedicated to you and your well-being. Staying at home is a great opportunity for you to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and get to know yourself on a deep intimate level. My intention is to offer practices that help you to tune into yourself and connect to different aspects of your being in order to grow a healthy and intimate connection with yourself. Take this time as an exploration, be open to experience yourself with everything that is alive in you and wants to be expressed – move, shake, breathe, sound, be present.

Practices for women to support Menstrual Health and Your Cyclical Nature – your menstrual, creative and sexual cycle

Tantric and Taoist practices for women

Practices for women to cultivate their vital and sexual energy and deep intimacy with the female body. They can include:

  • Sensual Massage
  • Pleasure circuit breath practice
  • Shaking and dance
  • Melting the core
  • Pelvic presence and sighing practice
  • De-armouring
  • Basic jade egg practice
  • Ovarian breathing
  • Honouring your yoni ritual

Practices will take place every day at 17.30 – 18.00 via zoom. Here is a schedule:

Monday – Energizing yoga practice

Tuesday – Taoist and Tantric practice for women

Wednesday – Womb yoga

Thursday – Taoist and Tantric practice for women with a yoni egg. This slot will be 1-hour practice and it’s open for all women who want to go into a deeper exploration.

Friday – Rest and restore in a guided relaxation
