These 30 minute-practices are dedicated to you and your well-being. Staying at home is a great opportunity for you to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and get to know yourself on a deep intimate level. My intention is to offer practices that help you to tune into yourself and connect to different aspects of your being in order to grow a healthy and intimate connection with yourself and eventually with others. I will be offering Yoga, Womb yoga, Guided relaxation and Tantric and Taoist practices for women. Gentle Yoga and Nidra

Every Wednesday and Friday at 18.30 – 19.30

As we are all staying at home I will be offering live yoga classes via Zoom hosted by Little yoga space. This gentle yoga class will be focused on bringing a sense of ease and relaxation into your body and your nervous system. Move gently, breathe deeply and relax profoundly.

After a short yoga sequence we dive into the yoga nidra practice – deep guided relaxation. You will simply lie down and be guided to let your body and mind drop into a state of profound rest where healing and regeneration happen. This practice is a sweet welcome home to yourself encouraging you to rest, relax and reconnect with the truth of your heart.
